By accessing or using Recipe Bro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Recipe Bro provides a recipe management platform that allows users to:

• Import recipes from various websites and social media platforms
• Store, organize, and manage personal recipe collections
• Create meal plans and grocery lists
• Share recipes with family members (with appropriate subscription)
• Access nutritional information and dietary filters
• Sync data across multiple devices

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Recipe Bro, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Recipe Bro. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new users
• Monthly Plan: $2.49 per month
• Annual Plan: $19.99 per year
• Family Sharing: Included with all paid plans (up to 6 members)

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings or app store subscriptions.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of recipes and content you create or import ("User Content"). By using Recipe Bro, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and display your content within the Service
• Sync your content across your devices
• Share content with family members (if authorized)
• Create backups for data protection

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Violates any laws or regulations
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Impersonates others or is fraudulent

5.3 Imported Content

When importing recipes from third-party sources, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for respecting copyright and terms of original sources
• Imported content is for personal use only
• We are not responsible for accuracy of imported content
• Original creators retain their rights to their content

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Sell, rent, or commercially exploit your account
• Share your account credentials with others
• Circumvent any feature limitations or restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Recipe Bro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Recipe Bro may be used by us without compensation or attribution to you.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recipe Bro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9.3 Nutritional Information

Nutritional information is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy and recommend consulting with healthcare professionals for dietary needs.

9.4 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for content imported from third-party sources or linked websites.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recipe Bro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data. We may delete your data after a reasonable period. You remain liable for any outstanding payments.
